Beautiful Dance

バレエは、私の経験上、全てのダンスの基本と言っても、過言じゃない気がします。バレエが誕生する前、ダンスは喜びを表す、ただの、体の動きっだたに違いなかったでしょう。
一方バレエは、一つ一つのポジションやステップ、全ての動きを入念に考えて作られていています。
だから、とても優雅で、美しくに見えるのです。

From my experience, I think, It is not too much to say that ballet is basis of all dance,
early days, like before ballet was created, it must be dance was just describe the simple joy of physical movement.
But in ballet each position and steps are structured very carefully.
that`s why it looks elgant and beautiful.

what colour were dinosaurs??

恐竜の色？？

よく絵に出てくる恐竜の色は緑だったり、茶色だったり、、本当は？

In the pictures, they are usually painted by green or dark brown,　but is it right?

Direct fossil evidence for dinosaur skin color is unknown. Paleontologists think that some dinosaurs likely had protective coloration, such as pale undersides to reduce shadows, irregular color patterns ("camouflage") to make them less visible in vegetation, and so on. Those dinosaurs that had enough armor, such as the stegosaurs and ceratopsians, may not have needed protective coloration but may have been brightly colored as a warning to predators or as a display for finding a mate. Most dinosaurs probably were as brightly colored as modern lizards, snakes, or birds.

率直に言ってしまうと恐竜の皮膚の色は化石から、解明できません。でも、考古学者達は、保護色的な色、たとえば・・・影をなるべく少なくするような、ちょい暗目の色、草木や植物に紛れる感じの疎らな色（迷彩色）だったのでは、と考えています。
でも、丈夫な甲冑で体を覆っていた恐竜、stegosaursやceratopsiansは、そんな、保護色的なものは必要なかったのでは？？という事になりますが、しかし捕食者を、警戒したり、相手を見つける為に、明るい色が必要だったとも考えられます。
恐らく、ほとんどの恐竜は、近代で見られる、トカゲ、ヘビ、鳥などのような色だったとか。。。。

結局、本当の事は分からんって、ことでした（＾＾）じゃんじゃん。。

心に、ジワ～っときました。。。
映画Shall we dance（２００４年）の台詞からです。
映画全体的には、ハリウッドらしいなって、率直にそんな、感想です。。
しかし劇中の台詞に大ヒット！（自分の中で・・・・＾＾）素敵なので、ご紹介します。

S`Miso Soup

味噌汁の種類（具）は、まさに無限大。。
具の種類、組合わせを考えたら、星の数ほど.....
そして、ある研究によると、味噌汁を１日に３食ほど摂取すると、乳ガンの発生を妨げる事ができるとか！！！健康にも良い、スーパースープ　“味噌汁”思い付く具の一部を載せてみました。

They are many varieties of miso soup, You can not count it, and according to Japanese researchers, eating three or more servings of Miso soup every day could cut women`s risk of developing breast cancer. Wow!! Super soup! I put some ingredient"GU" of Miso soup,

Wakame seaweed,Tofu, japanese radish(Daikon), potatoes, onions, mushrooms, beans, deep fried tofu, Okura, carrots, squash, spinach, seafood(clams, crabs, fish,lobster).
Now, What is your favorite "GU"?

ちっちゃな幸せだって。。カウント...
ランチは、ほぼ毎日社員食堂で、食べています。
値段も、とてもお手ごろだし、量もある。でも、なにはさて置き、常備してある、“お新香”　取り放題に、幸せ感じちゃう。。（＾＾）種類は４～５種類、ナカナカ豊富でしょ？他の人には、何でも無い事かもしれませんが、、、私にとっては、ちっちゃな幸せ、されど幸せ（^^)v

I would like to tell you my tiny pleasure, I usually have lunch at canteen at my office,
They provide food very fast, fine quantity,and low price.but best part of above all is they have several kinds of Oshinko(Pickled) for free everyday!! that make me happy, whatever people think.

カフェオレ カフェラテ ミステリ～

いつも疑問に思っていた事の一つ、カフェオレとカフェラテの違いについて。。。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　だいぶ前、お店の人にメニューにあるカフェオレとカフェラテの違いについて、聞いてみました。。回答は、カフェ・ラテはエスプレッソ（カップ2）と、温かい牛乳。。カフェオレは濃いコーヒー（カップ１）と温かい牛乳とのこと。。違うお店で同じ質問をしたところ、そこの店員さんは、フランス語（cafe au lait）とイタリア語(caffe latte)の違いですとの返答。謎は深まりますね。これぞ、カフェオレ・カフェラテ・ミステリー～

I have mount of questions in this world, one of thing is differece between cafe au lait　and cafe latte. some time ago I asked the server what the difference was between the cafe au lait and the caffe latte on their menu. The caffe latte is two of espresso with hot milk. The cafe au lait is a cup of strong coffee decorated in exactly the same way. and I asked same question to another coffeshop server, says it`s only about the language difference, cafe au lait is French and caffe latte is italian...This is miserious beverage ever.

Memorable Recipe

初めて包丁を握ってから早、２１年が経ちました。
５歳の時、父親に作ったキュウリのぶつ切り料理が、スガコの料理キャリア第一歩となりました。
そんな、記念料理レシピです。

きゅうりみそ　　　　　　　
★材料　（１人分です）
・キュウリ　　１本　
・みそ　　　　大さじ２
・塩　　　　　少々
・砂糖　　　小さじ１
★作り方
１．キュウリを塩で揉む。
２．水で塩を洗い落とす。
３．キュウリをぶつ切りにする。
４．砂糖とみそを、混ぜる。


It has been 21 years since I first used a Hocho(a japanese cooking knife)
I cooked KYURI MISO(Cucumber with miso dip) for my dad when I was 5 years old.
that was my first time I ever cooked.

Cucumber with Miso dip
★Ingredients (serves 1)　
・1 cucumber　
・2 Tbsps Miso
・Pinch salt
・1tsp sugar
★Directions
１．Rub a cucumber with salt.
２．Rinse the cucumber.
３．chop up cucumber into chunks.
４．mix Miso and sugar.
