バレエは、私の経験上、全てのダンスの基本と言っても、過言じゃない気がします。バレエが誕生する前、ダンスは喜びを表す、ただの、体の動きっだたに違いなかったでしょう。
一方バレエは、一つ一つのポジションやステップ、全ての動きを入念に考えて作られていています。
だから、とても優雅で、美しくに見えるのです。

IN THE early days, before ballet was created, dance MUST HAVE BEEN just a SIMPLE descriPTION OF the joy of physical movement.
But in ballet each position and steps are structured very carefully.

The second sentence was a little difficult to follow so I rearranged it.
Again, I will emphasize, you MUST learn to punctuate better. Look in your TOEIC book or the internet for "punctuation"(句読法) and learn to use it. Especially your "," and "." are sloppy. Also, a capital letter after "." is absolutely necessary. These are details that make a BIG difference and if you get these down, your English will improve greatly.
Otherwise, I really like your writing. I think your artistic side is apparent and your messages are fun to read!
